  • Yoga practice Every morning

    We start each morning at 8am with a one hour yoga session, followed by 10mins meditation. Consequently we expand our professional competence, which promote our self-healing and transformation.

  • Healthy Raw and Vegetarian Breakfast

    A private chef will prepare delicious vegetarian meals for breakfasts, lunch and dinner. Plenty of fresh, raw options will be available. Dorothy will also offer raw food cooking classes.

  • Safari

    An unforgettable safari experience at Ol Pejeta Conservancy where you have the opportunity to see all members of the “Big five game” (the lion, African elephant, Cape buffalo, leopard, and rhinoceros) and many more animals.

    We will visit waterfalls, stay in the enchanted cottages of colobus for 1 night, visit the masai market in Nairobi and do bird watching in the most stunning nature surroundings.

  • Elegant, Country Inspired Accommodation

    Stay in an elegant home in the country with your own on suite shower and toilet. Experience the warmth of wood burning fireplaces in the evening. A medium sized swimming pool to unwind and beautiful nature surroundings to heal the soul.

    Dorothy Shelton, AKA Naturalvita is a health expert, author and coach who has been following a plant-based and natural lifestyle for 4 years. She is passionate about inspiring others to live more enriching lives.  Christine is a Basel based, certified Yoga instructor and yoga therapist. She is a special guest who will be joining us at the event from Switzerland.

Program / Content 03. March - 10. March 2018:

Day 1 -  Arrival: Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Transfer to the Villa in Thika. Free morning & evening arrangement from 7am to 8pm.    Dinner & Briefing.

Day 2 - Morning: Relaxation Yoga & Meditation with Christine   Afternoon: Gardening & permaculture with Oscar.  Mid Afternoon: Bird watching

Day 3 - Morning: Back-Yoga & Tension Transforming Meditation      Excursion: Waterfalls in Thika.

downloadDay 4 - Trip to Ol Pejeta - Safari Destination.  Afternoon: Check in at the beautiful Colobus cottages; lunch at a delicious & healthy restaurant.

Day 5: Early morning Safari, 4am start.    Evening: Drive back home

Day 6 - Break: Explore local area.


Day 7 - Morning: Balance Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation  Afternoon: Visit Masai Market in Nairobi.

Day 8 - Departure: Transfer by car back to the airport in Nairobi or individual morning & evening free transfer from 7-20 o'clock.
