Another great way to have oatmeal is in the form of cookies. You can have them for breakfast, make them as a snack or enjoy them as a dessert. They are so easy to make and healthy too.

1 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Ripe Banana with Black Dots
2 Tablespoons Goji Berries or Raisins
1 Tablespoon Cacao Nibs (Optional)
1) Mash the rolled oats, banana and goji berries together in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
2) Take one tablespoon of the mixture in between your palms and then press down in the form of circles.
3) Place them on parchment paper and bake for 10-15mins at 350 °F or 180° C.
4) Allow them to cool for 10mins.
